For 3D Measurement/Inspection we offer a service which includes the laser scanning of components and then direct comparison of the data with existing CAD geometry. Typically this inspection technique is used for complex free-form geometry or for soft parts where conventional hard-probe CMM techniques are unsuitable or would distort the part being inspected.Geomagic Qualify is used to analyse inspection data generating 3D colour maps, section comparisons and traditional 2D dimension checks.

		Scanned data is overlaid onto the CAD model. 3D colour maps show agreement / deviations from CAD data. Pull-outs give exact details.
		Detailed reports can be generated in a variety of electronic formats, including; PDF & HTML
